i have severe acne on my face which looks like lipoma or cysts currently my face is swollen. what can i use it's never goes away?

Minocycline: I have had good success with Minocycline orally twice a day each day.  It is an antibiotic that has been around a long time.  You don't see it used much anymore except for acne.  Usually you see a big difference in 3-4 weeks but you will want to keep it going.  Side effects are minimal.  I also recommend Clindamycin Swabs to use after washing face twice a day.  Both are prescriptions.

i have swollen knee and baker's cyst. did mri and everything is ok. had it drained, took anti inflammatory mednothing helps. now my ankle is swollen!

Improve function: It sounds like lymphatic and/or venous drainage may be impaired to that leg. I would seek the advice of two specialties; namely a highly recommended orthopedist to possibly repeat the MRI, not just of the knee, but possibly the lumbar spine, and another highly recommended chiropractor or osteopath that does manipulation, to assist with improving circulation to the affected limb.

: Two types of cysts that occur on the vagina are inclusion cysts&amp;Bartholin cysts. Your gynecologist is best to examine and advise you. At this time your symptoms don't suggest an infected cyst however.

: These are often peri-anal abscesses caused when germs enter the area tissues and form the cyst. Surgical drainage is the standard treatment.

: Depending on the size &amp; location this may benefit from moist heat several times a day. These are usually an abscess. If it is a small abscess it may drain &amp; heal. If it doesn't respond it may need surgical drainage to heal. Discuss it with your doc.

Could be: A cyst or lymph node or something else.  It's hard to say without examining you.  I would encourage you to see your doc if this very painful, growing in size, has surrounding redness or you have fevers.  In the meanwhile, you can try warm compresses applied to the under arm several times per day.

Various: Most cysts that come from the wrist reflect a small amount of damage to the wrist joint. They swell up when the wrist swells from increased use or trauma. They can be aspirated (sucked out), left alone, or removed. There is always a chance that it will come back, since there is underlying damage to the wrist. Depending on the location, there is a very small chance of something more serious.

Ovarian Cyst: Depending on when your last GYN exam and ultrasound were to assess the cyst, you may need these repeated to assess if the cyst has resolved or is larger.  The presence of a cyst could contribute to your symptoms.
