None work great: There is no great medicine for this.  Over the counter preparations may help but are mostly snake oil.   Honey and lemon tastes good and is benign and may help.  If you are a smoker stop. Inhalers may help if there is a reactive component to it.

Lisinopril has a half life of about 12hrs and it takes roughly 5 half lives for a drug to completely clear you system so 60 hours. However, he level of lisinopril should drop below the cough threshold much before that. The cough is usually a class effect so you will likely get it from all other Ace's.

Dry cough: If you wish to suppress a dry hacking cough, the usual remedy is a cough suppressant syrup like robitussinDM. However I feel that all medications,including nonprescription ones, for pregnant women should be ok'd by their obstetrician.

See your doctor: you may have bronchitis, and would need Rx medications as inhaled bronchodilators, to help the bronchial irritation hence help the cough, and you may need antibiotics too. As for the prospan, a herbal medicine, may or may not help your case, besides I am not sure if it can be taken while pregnant, read the labels, best wishes
