can bromazepam 1.5 mg be taken with paracetamol 1000 mg? and if not, how many hours in between i need to wait to take paracetamol after bromazepam? i may use them in a 12 hours flight, not using the drug usually, i have flight and medication phobia.

YOU MEAN ALEVIATE?: Yes, you can once you increase your skills with self hypnosis. This is probably a good reason to go to a therapist who is famiiliar with hypnosis, and who can see if another approach would work better.

Probably not: Sex can be complex and it's a conversation between two people, not all your responsibility. A discussion with your gynecologist is a great place to start. This can be difficult in some societies, but after making sure there are no physical reasons for painful intercourse, counseling can be very helpful.

when i use 20mg dose of lexapro (escitalopram), i'm out of my social phobia, but i feel very tired. is there some way to fix it?

Here are a few ideas: 1.  20mg is higher than the usual dose (10mg).  Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of lowering the dose.  2.  If tiredness is related to time of dosage, it may help to change when it's taken.  3.  Sometimes splitting the daily dosage can help, e.g., 10mg twice daily instead of 20mg once daily.  Talk to your doctor about these ideas.
