I would recommend stretching around the affected joint as well as the joint above and below.  Both static and dynamic stretching are helpful as well as active assisted stretching.

Let me help you: 15 mg or 7.5 mg if 15 you could change to 7.5 twice a day.
 You could change it to something stronger like (celebrex).
Another thing you could do to add pain killer to the medication like tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength 2 tabs twice a day. Good luck.

Headaches may result: from all 3 meds Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine), Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) (acetaminophen/hydrocodone), Elavil (amitriptyline), rheumatoid arthritis, Iron deficiency anemia, ovarian cyst and stress. Using amitriptyline together with hydrocodone may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Seek evaluation. Use lifestyle changes and stress reduction. i have rheumatoid arthritis and take methotrexate  and humira (adalimumab)  injections. i want to get look better by getting filler for my face. please let me know which ones are not in conflict with my medications. thanks?

Filler options: You need to avoid sculptra with RA as you may be at increased risk for nodule and granuloma formation.  Ha fillers like juvederm or Restylane (dermal fillers) should be safe but last only a year or so.  Fat transfer is a good long term option but has more down time. Consult with a local experienced facial plastic surgeon.
