What other tests?: Besides a Pap Smear did you have any other tests? The Pap is a screening test for cervical cancer and it is not intended to test other issues that you might be having. If symptoms started after you had your last GYN exam and no other labs besides the Pap go back to your GYN provider for evaluation. I would also suggest to have a pregnancy test if sexually active,

6 y ago that i had a pap smear that showed i had low grade lesions. but it disappeared and for years it was normal . i recently had a pap smear done and it show hpv mrna e6/e7 detected ? do this mean i have cancer ? now its abnormal worried?

: No, it does not mean that you have cancer or even dysplasia. However, you should get repeat PAPs at the frequency recommended by your doctor.
It would be useful to get HPV vaccine to prevent infection by other strains of HPV.

BV, bacterial : vaginitis, is not typically sexually transmitted. Trich, trichomonas, is almost always sexually transmitted. Males typically have very little symptoms.

Bleeding: the most common cause is a friable cervix (bleeds easily) and this can be due to pregnancy, infection, trauma from sex and hormonal changes.  Other causes include cervicitis (STD), polyps and the most common cause is idiopathic (meaning no specific reason or cause)

No just acquired: Hpv infection that causes genital papillomas , and in some cases carcinoma of cervix , you got it now , did not have it before, get it eradicated , it is difficult but not impossible, speak to your gyn doctor first.

Some basics: HPV is a family of virus strains that range in importance from common skin wart strains to 7 or more associated with cervical cancer. When or if you acquire a cancer associated strain it would generally clear/not be contagious a few years later but it could trigger cancer years or decades later in some. The pap smears will still be needed, no mater what strains you acquire.

what does it mean by abnormal pap smear and then after colposcopy, it's normal?

Abnormal clls on PAP: This likely means that there are abnormal cells on your pap smear, and that colposcopy found nothing.  But you will need and hopefully got a cervical biopsy during your colposcopy, and another pap next year at the earliest if your biopsy was negative.  It is not normal, but it probably does not have enough evidence that there is neoplasia/pre-cancer.  Keep close follow-up with your dr. To be sure.
