Allergy: You are probably reacting to a dye in your tattoo, and these reactions are mostly seen with red dye. This is going to be a chronic problem. Potent topical steroids can help momentarily, but i think you need to see a dermatologist eventually to laser it off.

See a doctor: This sounds like an allergic eruption and if due to the Clindamycin the medication needs to be stopped, and something substituted if necessary.  Please show this rash to a doctor asap and definitely discontinue the clindamyciin.

Rash: It is difficult to give you a definitive answer without seeing the rash. However, you may be allergic to your deoderant. So try using a non allergic deoderant.

PMLE: The exact cause of polymorphous light eruption isn't well understood. The rash appears in people who have developed a sensitivity to ultraviolet (uv) radiation from the sun or other sources, such as tanning beds or tanning lamps. This sensitivity results in sunlight-induced immune system activity that produces inflammation and a rash. No patients with pmle have progressed to lupus.

It : It is very difficult to say what type of rash this is without actually seeing it myself. Also I am not sure what you are referring to when you state "diabetic rash". A common cause of rash in diabetics are fungal infections. In addition a dark rash usually found on the neck and under the arms in diabetics is called acanthosis nigricans, this is due to Insulin resistance. If the rash is itchy then consider trying over the counter Clotrimazole cream twice a day. Otherwise follow up with your doctor.

i have a red splotchy kind of rash over n around the sight of a tegaderm bandage for a rib tattoo. doesn't itch but i also have nasal congestion like an allergic reaction that benadryl helped. no swelling/hives. should i be concerned? home treatment?

: People can develop allergies to the adhesive used in bandages or from the ink used in tattoos.  Both are possibilities given the symptoms you describe.  You could start with removing the bandage, cleaning the wound and applying a cortisone topical cream.

allergic reaction to laundry detergent. i have a terrible rash and can't sleep. i get severe akathisia from antihistamines. what else can i take?

Detergent reaction: You can try OTC topical hydrocortisone 1% cream. Akathesia, although very rare, may occur with first generation antihistamines as diphenhydramine (Benadryl) , hopefully not the case with the newer less sedating as loratadine or desloratadine, as for your akathesia vs RLS, I believe you need to see an experienced neurologist for assessment, best wishes

It : It sounds like it could be eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, or even a fungal infection. It is hard to say without actually examining you myself. You should follow up with a dermatologist. In the meantime try over the counter Hydrocortisone and monitor for any signs of improvement and let the doctor know during your appointment.

Hard to be sure: Treatments are directed primarily at killing the scabies mites. The rash is mostly an allergic reaction to debris left behind in the tracts/burrows where the mites moved under the skin surface.It can take time for the  skin to heal. A mild OTC steroid cream often helps with healing. Re-treatment is also sometimes needed.
