hello, what if you sit in urine that you just urinated out and the urine gets on the tip of your penis or goes back into the hole of your penis, can you get a urinary tract infection or a bacterial infection, or an infection of any kind

Anything : Anything is possible, but this is an unlikely scenario unless the urine somehow had contact with feces. If you develop fever, burning with urination, or urinary frequency, visit your doctor for testing and treatment.

i might be prediabetic and have a nasty penis yeast infection. will go to a gp to proper dx. what kind of blood/urine tests should i run before going to consultation? don't want to go only to be told to go and get my blood checked first. thanks!

Blood tests: Are you able to order your own blood testing? Diabetes makes one more susceptible to yeast infections, so a blood sugar determination would be helpful. Of course genital yeast infections can be transmitted back and forth between untreated sex partners even in the absence of diabetes.

Exam needed: It's possible that these lesions are from a herpes virus infection and, since there is treatment available if this is the diagnosis, get examined by your physician or dermatologist. Nevertheless whatever  the diagnosis is, it wouldn't be lethal. Get examined while the lesions are visible.

Urethritis: Sometimes urinary tract infections that result in urethritis (cause penile pain) may be treated with doxycycline.  Urethritis is commonly associated with sexually transmitted diseases but not in all cases.  Also, prostatitis is occasionally treated with this medication.

However, an underlying infection (STD/STI) such as gonorrhea is also possible and this can be further evaluated by the physician.
