Tingling: If the tingling just affects one hand and only the finger tips it is likely not much of anything. I would leave it be and see if the symptoms worse and if they do then a neurologist would be the best source of sorting this out.

Sympathetic response: Pain can trigger a sympathetic response which will cause sweating. The question is why you are having pain. This could be from tendon or nerve irritation. Taking breaks, making sure your keyboard is set up ergonomically, and learning some nerve and tendon gliding exercises may be helpful.

The causes of excessive mucous production can be vast, and much more information combined with a physical exam would be required to adequately assess the situation.  The cold sweats may or may not be related.  Infection, hormonal disorders, heart disease or personal constitution can cause excessive sweating

My suggestion...: My suggestion is to go and see your primary care doctor who can determine the need of a specialist intervention. Depending on what this is it could be something that can only be observed and followed, maybe it may need a Dermatologist evaluation or a Hand Surgeon. It all depends on what it is, how big it is and where it is located specifically in the palm of your hand.

Palmar fibromatosis: The palms of your hands are comprised (under the skin) of mostly tendons. It may be that you are seeing nodules on those tendons due to inflammation. Talk to your PCP for an examination and to discuss underlying causes of inflammation. Non treatment can result in difficulty moving fingers as the "knots" will not allow normal movement of the tendons withing their sheaths.

how to treat the problem of night sweats following the use of nebido shot? i am a trans man who has been taking nebido for several years and suffers from night sweats and my endocrine doctor can't find any solution. i would be happy for help.?

: This can happen with testosterone shots due to hormonal imbalance, certain estrogenic products do help but should only be taken under supervision of your doc or endocrinologist
