Good insight: You have good insight about your own possibly making up rules, perhaps well-practiced from a young age with your family.  This is very common in people with histories of abuse.  Working with your own therapist can help you discover more about this, and help you recover. Physical, mental : Anxiety symptoms happen on three axis, first is mental with apprehension, fear and tension, second is physical with any combination of tachycardia, chest pain, sob, sweating, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, blurring of vision , numbness and tingling, hot flashes, chills, muscle aches and abdominal cramps.  The third axis is behavioral manifesting in avoidance.

Yes, It is worrisome: Because if you act on those urges then it could be harmful to others. It isn't particularly healthy for you to be carrying around that type of aggression.  Have you considered talking therapy to explore this issue?  It may well benefit you.  Acupucnture can also be helpful in this situation. Take care.

Bronchospasm....: Typically, "cough attacks" are caused by bronchospasm. This can lead to episodic coughing, which can be very severe. Treatment usually involves bronchodilator and steroid inhalers so see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. If you smoke, your doctor can also help you quit which will likely decrease these episodes. Good luck!

Yes..usually so: Hallmark f meniere's disease: fluctuating hearing loss, occasional episodic vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in ear),  and aural fullness sensation in ear...A person is often without symptoms until an attack occurs..Pperisstent tinnitus with progressive hearing loss and imbalance may occur with recurrent attacks..So treatment and follow-up are recommended..
