Physical, mental : Anxiety symptoms happen on three axis, first is mental with apprehension, fear and tension, second is physical with any combination of tachycardia, chest pain, sob, sweating, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, blurring of vision , numbness and tingling, hot flashes, chills, muscle aches and abdominal cramps. The third axis is behavioral manifesting in avoidance.
