i have just recovered from bronchitis and sinusitis, however ive developed pain in the bottom of my right rib. coughing, touching or if a move a certain way causes extreme pain. (general standing and sitting i am in no pain.)?

Rib pain: You most likely were having coughing spells while sick and have now strained your intercostal muscles.
They will get better in the next few days.  You could take aspirin or such for a few days.  If it continues longer or gets worse then you should be seen either by your physician or the emergency department depending on how bad the symptoms are.

Pain in"bottom": This is not normal. It is unlikely  due to the kidney stone. If you are otherwise healthy it maybe due to a problem such as an anal Fissure with her fairly extensive differential diagnosis, see a doctor if persistent

Severalpossibilities: While the right lower quadrant is home to the appendix, is is also where the colon resides. Referred pain is the name of pain that starts in one organ (think liver, gallbladder) but goes to another part of the body. It is possible your pain is from the gallbladder or the colon, but a good primary care provider can help figure this out. In the meantime, you could try prilosec or a PI to see if GERD

Hard to know: A new unilateral rash on the back associated with deep pain can potentially be shingles.  A physical examination and interview is needed to confirm or offer potential alternatives.

Doctor can evaluate: A doctor can check to see if there is any worrisome medical issue, if a woman has mild menstrual-related symptoms. Many women have some variation of their periods or a missed period on occasion. Some women feel normal after a few days, but others do have bothersome symptoms and follow-up with their doctors. A urine pregnancy test is very accurate if needed (if there is a chance of pregnancy).

There is NO way: To be able to tell you if you are pregnant this early. Classic pregnancy symptoms don't  normally begin until you have actually missed a period (or later). It is too early for a pregnancy test. Left sided abdominal pain is very unlikely to be related to pregnancy.

Vagal maneuver: With the increase in intraabdomial pressure you may be causing compression of certain blood vessels that lead to hypotension.

You need evaluation: Please present to the nearest ER for evaluation.  There are many things that can cause your symptoms and some are potentially dangerous for you, your baby, or both.

IBD?: Blood and mucous in your stools = go see a doctor! Infections can cause this. So can inflammatory bowel disease, like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis.  I don't know your age, but if you are over 40 then colon cancer is also on the list of possibilities. Your doctor will probably check your stool for infection, and might want to do a colonoscopy.  You need to feel better! A diagnosis is important.
