However, many other conditions can also cause tachycardia such as radiation induced inflammation. You need a physical exam and a basic blood test. The treatment, if needed, should be coordinated by your primary care doctor and the radiation oncologist.

Prognosis is dependent on the molecular markers on the breast cancer, the overall status of the metastatic disease (ie. How widespread) and the response to the chemotherapy. Treatment of the CSF is with intrathecal chemotherapy.

Also, how can you have arthritis at a young age with normal blood tests?  Certain lower back pains improve with activity.  If you have tingling in both feet, and that is also new, then you need a spine doctor and a spine MRI to start

This is "locally advanced."  chemotherapy and/or radiation might be given after surgery to increase the cure rate.  Metastatic cancer, beyond the nodes, is not curable by surgery.
