Hx breast ca, us spleen meaning?: multiple hyperechoic solid lesions, indeterminate nature. hemangiomata possible but metastatic disease not excluded.

Your doc can explain: Your spleen has some shadows which require better imaging than what the Ultrasound produced. Your doctor should guide you further because it will take a CT scan or MRI test/s to provide a more clear picture of what the nature of these shadows in your spleen is.
