Specialist: Need thyroid labs and a specialist visit.  The nodule on the thyroid may need fine needle biopsy. See an otolaryngologist ENT doc for their opinion on this. You might have under or over active thyroid causing you the symptoms you describe.

Bleeding risk is low: The edge of your placenta is likely to remain away from the internal os of your cervix and possibly to "move up" as your pregnancy progresses. Therefore the possibility of placental site bleeding seems very low.

You can find information about surgery from the internet, but not about your specific case. You will need brand name T4 replacement after surgery, and for the rest of  your life.

May need biopsy: You need to see endocrinologist and most likely have   fine needle aspiration and or biopsy, you may need blood work and radioactive iodine scan of thyroid as well.

Multiple Nodules: Well, you now have multiple thyroid nodules which statistically suggests a lower (but not zero) risk of malignancy. Sounds like it rather small but sausage shaped. Might consider a followup scan in 3 months to check for change unless you really want a biopsy now. Ultrasound characterization of the nodule can frequently be helpful in deciding need for immediate biopsy.

More info needed: More background needed as to why the test was done and what symptoms you are having but without knowing anything else, it sounds like you may have a goitre which is an enlarged overactive thyroid gland. However there are other organs in the body that this could be referring to, so as I said.  More info is needed to give you  a definite answer

Advise  a consultation with a doctor and may be wisest to do that with the doctor who ordered the test.

Do not know: You need to discuss the possibilities with your doctor.  Please review the radiologist's ultrasound report as well.  Given its size, it may be something to follow up on, since biopsy may be difficult (if even necessary depending on us appearance).
