More info needed: More background needed as to why the test was done and what symptoms you are having but without knowing anything else, it sounds like you may have a goitre which is an enlarged overactive thyroid gland. However there are other organs in the body that this could be referring to, so as I said. More info is needed to give you a definite answer

Thyroid: This report of a thyroid study doesn't appear worrisome to me although it shows some enlargement of structures but no nodules or suggestions of malignancy. It doesn't allow us to know thyroid functional status(overactive, underactive, normal) or whether the gland is palpably enlarged. Your ordering physician, who knows all your studies' results, can advise you best.
