She needs help: Don't know her weight. Although this was not a lethal  overdose this is VERY SERIOUS.  Your friend needs emergency help now. The overdose she took is very suggestive that she attempted suicide. This should not go untreated.

Aspirin : Chronic aspirin use is associated with a slight risk of bleeding problems including cerebral hemorrhage. Currently its use by people without history of prior ischemic strokes or coronary heart disease is controversial. Nevertheless many adults are still taking it as a primary preventative measure against heart attacks or ischemic strokes as they are concerned about having silent atherosclerosis.

Even if it's legal where you live, many people will consider it cheating, most women prefer a natural bodybuilder, and you're playing russian roulette with your mind. You may do something you'll regret for the rest of your life. Higher dose, greater danger.

Aspirin: The latest data support that there is no indication and can cause more harm, if aspirin is taken for what we call "primary prevention". Primary prevention is if one is taking aspirin to prevent a cardiovascular event and does not have a previous cardiovascular event.

Prescribed dose : Oramorph can be taken by different patients in greatly different doseages. The medication is safe at greatly varying dose but dependent on numerous factors.  If you are asking about safe dose, my presumption is that your doctor has not prescribed a dose more than the 10mg you mentioned.  You really need to explain to your MD that you are not getting pain relief so MD can give you safe/correct dose

i'm 19 and i take 10,000 mcgs of biotin daily. i only have noticed a difference taking this dosage but is it too much for me?

Biotin: Please start taking it once a week and gradually take it every other day. If you are tolerating this you don't need it more often. If not, feel free to take it daily.
I strongly suspect you won't need it every day.
