No, but get UR eyes: Checked anyway! any blunt injury to the eye can affect your cornea, your iris, and possibly the back of your eye. So, you want a full eye examination done, including a dilated fundoscopic examination. This would be beneficial, and give you a baseline for improvement as the swelling goes down. Go to an eye doctor!

Ice, time: Mosquito bites to the eyelid can be quite itchy and sometimes painful.  Since the lid skin is loose (so the lid can move properly), any edema or inflammation can spread over a large area.  Use ice to help it .  Sometimes you might be helped with an oral antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or chlorpheneramine.  It will go away with time.

Rest and coolness: After injury, the tissues around the eye can swell dramatically.  If there is no bleeding in the eye, using nsaids can help relieve inflammation.  Using cool compresses may be helpful as well.  Sometimes, sleeping in a recliner can keep the head higher and reduce swelling.
