Muscle hyper trophy: Very good question.  If a person is healthy and exercising then the antagonist muscles will not decrease in size. If there is a loss of use of a muscle group then yes the antagonist muscles will decrease because it is not being used.

Cardiac repolarizati: Changes in cardiac repolarization occur with the autonomic nervous system (ANS).  Medications altering the ANS, or the hearts response to it, will thus, effect repolarization.

If its been there for more than a month or doesnt go away in a month you should have it checked out by your doctor, and possibly get an ultrasound or CT to look at its structure.

Pain after lying dow: Low back pain after prolonged lying down is often due to muscle stiffness occurring during poor posture in the supine position. This causes the normal curvature to flatten out. This type of low back discomfort gradually subsides after you're up and around. Try changing your position while supine. Use a good firm mistress. See an MD as needed for evaluation.

Doctor can evaluate: Odd changes in muscle activity and muscle behaviors are hard to figure out in words. One can go to his primary care doctor and show the doctor exactly what happens. The doctor may then refer to specialists for more evaluation, if needed. The doctor will need to know all the medications, vitamins, supplements, etc..., being taken. Some lab tests may be done to see if the blood chemistries are ok.

Dented? muscle: If u mean by 'dented' that something pressed against it, the muscle should resume its normal shape after a short while following removal of pressure. If u mean that an injury took a chunk out of the muscle, the body will attempt to fill the defect but it may take a long time unless a doc/surgeon can decrease the size of the defect.
