Chronic intermittent muscle twitching. occurs bilaterally and in ue and le as well as trunk (usually extension spasm). increasing frequency. causes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neurologist: Some muscle twitching can be harmless and in these cases there is no muscle pain or weakness. With such generalized twitching i recommend an evaluation by a neurologist for diagnosis. Calcium and magnesium deficiencies and neuromuscular conditions will be considered.
