Get it checked out: This could be a lymph node, a lipoma (abnormal growth of fat) or depending on location may be a branchial cleft cyst. If its been there for more than a month or doesnt go away in a month you should have it checked out by your doctor, and possibly get an ultrasound or CT to look at its structure.
