~30-40%: If by pcv you are referring to the hematocrit (hct), which is the ratio of the volume of red blood cells to the total volume of blood, the 
normal hct in the non-pregnant adult is ~35-45%. Pregnant women have extra fluid, which dilutes the blood, decreasing the normal hematocrit range to ~30-40% and even slightly lower in the third trimester.

Mild Anemia: Your hemoglobin is slightly low(it should be 12-13 grams). Pcv is another way to express red blood counts. It is also called hematocrit, it is typically 3 times higher than hemoglobin and basically confirm that it is slightly low. You should look up the report to find out the reference range(it means what is normal value).

Nutritional: supplementation. If by PCV you mean, Packed cell volume, then you are anemic and should take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. It would be prudent to get regular antenatal check ups for your and our baby's health. Please see your doctor.

Not relevant: When we are checking blood counts during pregnancy, assuming that the basic counts related to hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelets are normal for pregnancy, then we really do not spend too much time looking at these individual parameters related to red blood cells.  If there is a more specific problem being asked, please ask!

Iron overload: It seems your doctors are concerned that you get overloaded with iron. They may have done other tests than the pcv. To be more certain, one would need to know more about your history, specifically, if you have had repeat blood transfusions and repeat sickle cell crises.

It is not normal: Anemia if this magnitude is abnormal and should be investigated asp for her safety and safety of the unborn. Did she have anemia in the past? Any blood loss? Black stools..?Any family history? Please consult with mds...Needs investigation and appropriate treatment more than just iron tablets....
