It means that the-: -motion in bending, flexion &amp; side bending &amp; rotation is lost or significantly decreased. Upper spring, thoracic is very mobile anyway, so it is not as disabling as in the C-spine or lumbar. Causes R trauma or disease process.

Exercise, stretching: Regular stretching, aerobic exercise, yoga or pilates. If you have a segmental section which is immobile for some reason, a good chiropracter, doctor of osteopathy can help mobilize this segment.

Spine popping: The normal range of motion in most joints is accompanied by various popping, clicking, or snapping sounds. This is normal. If you are getting lots of such sounds from your spine, it does imply that you have good range of motion, and this is a good thing. For example, if you practice  yoga, you will notice a lot more of these sounds in your spine as you increase your flexibility and range of motion.

Depends: on what type of cancer you are referring to. Spread to the meninges is always problematic; however, knowing the class and stage of your cancer can help direct your therapy.

: Yes, this condition can cause paraplegia (lower extremity paralysis) or quadriplegia (paralysis of all extremities) with negative lumbar spine MRI.

SEE NEUROLOGIST: There are several possible causes, and these include arteritis/vasculitis, multiple sclerosis, lyme disease, sjogren's, etc.  Spinal fluid analysis may be necessary.  Get diagnosed asap, and start treatment without delay.  Changing your diet will not help this, you need medical care.  We have loads of therapies to reverse and/or control all of this.

Foramen stenosis: There is normally fat surrounding the exiting nerve.  When the nerve is pinched by a vertebral disc rupture, bone spur, or other mass, the amount of fat surrounding the nerve will appear decreased on the MRI scan.   You can compare the amount of fat surrounding the nerve in question with the other nerves to get an idea of the amount of nerve compression.

Depends: If you able to carry out your usual activities and the pain is subsiding, you may watch and wait. If there is any damage to the nerves, the pain has not subsided, the bruise becomes infected, or if there is an open wound, see a doctor now.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine
