Spine popping: The normal range of motion in most joints is accompanied by various popping, clicking, or snapping sounds. This is normal. If you are getting lots of such sounds from your spine, it does imply that you have good range of motion, and this is a good thing. For example, if you practice yoga, you will notice a lot more of these sounds in your spine as you increase your flexibility and range of motion.
