psvt and sinus tachycardia?
been told have nocturnal sinus tachycardia since my early 20's lasts few mins with fast regular bpm

See below: PSVT comes in bursts and frequently is symptomatic, while ST is usually more persistent.  Your history of mitral valve surgery frequently makes you more likely to have this,and Ventolin can make it worse.  There are other inhalers that are not as likely to cause it--see your doctor.  It can also mean that your mitral valve needs more attention.  Inderal can make asthma worse, by the way.

Yes: Sinus pain is typical, among others for sinusitis, viral or bacterial with referred (from another site, teeth, ears, etc) pain also seen in frequent cases. Colds can involve sinuses at times.

Probably not: There is a tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy which is occasionally seen in people with a chronic tachycardia. The exact rate necessary to produce the problem is not clear but it would be less likely to occur with a "mild" tachycardia. When there is tachycardia, though, we always look for the cause. If your thyroid gland is overactive for instance that needs to be treated.

Pontentially, yes: Fixed wall-to-wall carpeting can have its own problems of collecting dust and dust mites, molds underneath at times, all these add to the environmental burden in patients prone to/have allergies already. Other floorings would better with movable carpeting, if feasible, best wishes

Not to my awareness.: Bronchiectasis  is caused by damage to the bronchial tubes of the lung--usually from infection. The muscle & elastic tissue of the lung are irreversibly dilated which leads to impaired clearance of secretions. Consequently, frequent bronchial infections and breathlessness are common symptoms. However, I am unaware that sinus problems or vasomotor rhinitis could be triggered by bronchiectasis.

would living in a basement or half underground apartment be a bad idea for someone with regular sinus & allergy issues? potential for must/mold?

Possibly: Only if it is damp and moldy. Lots of houses have perfectly dry and insulated basements with no mold. But knowing New York City- this probably isn't one...

Be seen: It could be many things, including an abnormality of the blood vessels that may require cauterization.  See your family doctor or ENT for an opinion.  In the meantime, afrin (oxymetazoline) nose spray can sometimes help temporarily, but this sounds like you need to be evaluated.

See an ENT doctor: You may have a anatomical abnormaality predisposing to infections like a deviated nasal septum. You may want to see an ENT physician.
