Sounds normal.: Normal urine may contain a few skin cells and white blood cells.  As long as you have no symptoms this seems normal.

Vaginal cells in it: Epithelial cells come from vagina and introitus and not from the urinary tract ; are a normal finding ; no cause for alarm. Squamous epithelial cells are a different matter ; could be from a squamous bladder growth. This would be uncommom in someone as young as you unless you born with bladder exstrophy.

Probable bacteruria: Possible to have a UTI without white cells in urine. Nitrite urine test is usually only positive in presence of bacteria. Suggest you get a urine culture to delineate a uti, identify bacteria & which antibiotics will eliminate them.

High powered field: When looking at urine there are basic standards for reporting. The general one is to count all the "X" you see on a slide where you put a concentrated drop of urine. The reading is at high rather than low power. They might move the slide &amp; count 2 or 3 areas. We expect up to a few WBC's (pus cells) but 30-40 suggests a pus response to infection.

Urinalysis: It is not uncommon to find epithelial cells in the urinalyses of women.  It is basically an indicator of how well the sample was collected, and does not in and of itself indicate anything serious.

: Probably contamination and not abnormal, perhaps a poorly collected urine specimen. Your profile indicates you're a male. If so, probably you are uncircumcised and did not properly retract the foreskin when urinating for the the specimen.

: I would like to know the results of the rest of the urinalysis. Transitional cells line parts of the urinary tract.  Only occasional cells, probably 3. per high powered field, were seen on the microscopic exam of your urine. This isn't necessarily serious, but clumps or numerous transitional cells in a microscopic exam could indicate infection or tumor. Your MD knows your history&amp;test results best

Not of concern: The finding you mentioned is not a cause for concern.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
