Lle: Possibly coincidental that the left arm and leg are symptomatic unless there is something in the brain causing it. More likely carpal tunnel in hand and pinched mid lumbar nerve or diabetic amotrophy.

hard to curl my index fing. also get a radiating pain in the top of my hand, i have mild carpal t. i also get a pain in my forearm is there tendo. too?

Tendonitis: Yes there are tendons there.  It is possible you are suffering from an overuse syndrome, caused by repetitive movements, or a strain injury.  In either event, both lead to localized inflammation and pain. Treatment options include immobilization of the area for 3 days, rest, anti inflammatories such as motrin.

More informatipn: Need some more information. Did you injure the arm or sleep on it wrong. Sounds like a nerve issue. Try changing positions if no improvement time to see your doctor for evaluation

Cervical epidural: An epidural injection for a pinched nerve in your neck can provide significant relief.   Make sure you see a board certified pain management specialist for this procedure.

cts release both hands 2011. fingers improved but radiating pain in wrists and forearms.
is this normal/ when will it improve? diminished strength in both hands and fine motor skills poor...still can't open water
bottle, thread needles, pick up small item

If : If you had severe cts you may find that while your sensation improved you lost muscle tiissue. This is a common complaint as once the muscle tissue is lost from carpal tunnel it may not return or return only partially.

While sensation may also subjectivley improve, in sever cases there may be incomplete returtn and small object are still dififcult. One measure of the ability to discern small objects is called two point discrimination and your may still be elveated despite being better than before the surgery.

Other issues suchas arthritis, trigger fingers, tenindonitis can affectyour hands too and too often people think that it is all due to cts and will all go away with surgery . In these cases while surgery may partially improve a severe carpal tunnle, it doesnt stop arthritis, overuse and tendonitis.

Id talk to your surgeon about getting re evaluated for other issues.

rash located on back of left hand between thumb and index finger and back to wrist. is this bad?

Bothersome: Does it itch,  is it bubbly , or ooze? Does it hurt?  Are you left handed? Is it bumpy raised and red? Really not enough info to answer you but it is in the distribution where you would grab something and possibly touched as irritant . If that is what it is, try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or an over the counter Hydrocortisone . If it does not clear see your doctor who can see it with real eyes for proper dxrx.

small pea sized lump of abt 0.5x0.5cm on back of left hand. is hard and tender, was swelling earlier on. lymph node or sth else? is it serious?

Get checked: At that location it is not likely to be a lymph node. It would be best to have a physician evaluate it in person to give you an accurate diagnosis.

localized, flat, smooth, red, pin-point, circular, non-blanching 1 rash isolated only to back of left hand by wrist for last few days. afebrile. no c/o of fatigue, itching or discomfort. pt otherwise well. no known injury. photo in files. thoughts?

: May be fungus , may be a sign of strep in a 10 year old or viral illness.  Would check for strep and could try over the counter antifungal cream, if not itchy  and due to season less likely to be poison ivy. Follow up with  MD

my left hand is a little swollen and hurts when i bend it back, but i haven't done anything to it. should i get it checked out or wait it out?

Rest it for 48 hrs &: Take some NSAID like Ibuprofen ( if your stomach can handle it). If getting worse then definitely see your pcp/orthopod.

ive had a pain in the left hand side of my chest for 6/7 weeks and today it was severe. lying down on my front really hurts and i get pains in my back?

Chest wall vs other: The pain you describe sounds more like a chest wall pain in the rib joints. Did you get hit or cause pressure to the wall for a period of time.  If it persists should see a provider to make sure nothing bad. If you get short of breath or nauseated with the pain then also should check with Dr. or be seen.  Warm moist heat and Ibuprofen will sometimes help but check it out if not better. Hope helps.
