Localized, flat, smooth, red, pin-point, circular, non-blanching 1 rash isolated only to back of left hand by wrist for last few days. afebrile. no c/o of fatigue, itching or discomfort. pt otherwise well. no known injury. photo in files. thoughts?

May be fungus , may be a sign of strep in a 10 year old or viral illness. Would check for strep and could try over the counter antifungal cream, if not itchy and due to season less likely to be poison ivy. Follow up with MD
