It's subjective: That means that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder."  i don't believe getting older and having jowls makes anyone necessarily look bad even if their chin isn't pointy!  that said, some pointy chins are called witch chins and they seem worse when people age.  If your chin bothers you (not someone else), you can have it changed.  What do you think?

Do your relatives look the same?  Interesting question but just can't answer based on your limited question.  Sorry!  that is my flat-out answer!
