Migraines: Migraines are thought to be caused by vasodilation/vasoconstriction of cerebral vessels. Diet plays an important role in it. Your best bet is to keep a journal and identify the factors that predispose you to them. Depending on the frequency there are prophylactic medications (meds taken for prevention) that can help (beta blockers, topomax)
