Mchc is the concentration of hemoglobin in a single red cell,  low MCH but high MCHC says the red cell is small, but has lots of hemoglobin packed inside it.  Mch and MCHC or only used to determine the cause of anemia.  By themselves, without anemia, there may not be any meaning to this.  These changes can occur with hemolytic anemia.
