A member asked:

What does it mean to have a mcv of 77.6 and mch of 26.1?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing by itself: Your red cells are a little bit smallish. You may be iron deficient, have that minor, just be you, or any of several other things. Labs mean nothing apart from the big picture. Your physician can help.
