Large red bloodcells: If the MCH level is over 34, this is considered to be too high. The main reason that the MCH level would be too high is because of macrocytic anemia. Macrocytic anemia is a blood disorder in which not enough red blood cells are produced, but the ones that are present are large (thus fitting more hemoglobin). Macrocytic anemia is often caused by having too little vitamin B12 or folic acid.

May not mean: A whole lot. These numbers could be seen in mild iron deficiency.

Anemia: You are anemic (low hemoglobin). unless you akready know the cause, additional rests for iron an possibly bone marrow function, vitamin deficiency etc may be needed

cbc results of absolute neutrophils was 7.7 / cu mm and neutrophils was 82.7 %  and mch 31.5 g/dl i didn't know if i should be concerned?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there is no cause for concern based on the information you provided. It would have been helpful to have all the results. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

my cbc is normal with the exception of my elevated rbc (6.12 h) and low mcv (73.9 l) and mch (24.1 l).  i'm asian, can anyone explain this to me?

Thal minor?: Ask your physician whether you have one of the variants of thalassemia minor. It's worth knowing -- you'd want to know before you marry someone else who has the same.

Not much: These are numbers which are still acceptable but just close to the upper end of normal

Tiny piece of puzzle: If it is slightly low could be normal variation, especially if rest of rbc indices were normal.  Plus the MCV would be more affected by an abnormal amount of iron.

CBC: Hi, what is your Hg? I don't think these values are concerning but to properly interpret a CBC one needs all the values including Hg, MCV and etc

Hemoglobin/rbc count: Mean corpuscular hemoglobin or mean cell hemoglobin. It is roughly a measurement of the average hemoglobin content of each red blood cell (rbc) and is obtained by dividing the total hemoglobin by the number of rbc's. The value comes out as picograms/cell and is usually in the range of 27 -31. Hemoglobin is the oxygen carrying molecule in the blood. Mch is useful for classifying types of anemia.

my cbc results showed high mch, ne%, ne#, and ly#, while the mo% was low. i have rheumatoid and other forms of arthritis. what do these mean?

Medication effect: It is common with RA to have an anemia.   It is also common for methotrexate and some of the other RA meds to cause an increase in MCH and especially MCV.  MCH is mean corpuscular Hemoglobin.  It is a measure of how much hemoglobin is in each cell.  NE and LY refers to neutrophils and Lymphpcytes.  These are types of white blood cells and can also be affected by your disease and it's treatment.
