Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Naltrexone: Is not recommended for RA, used typically for opiate and alcohol addiction. Naproxen has been traditionally used as a first line of RA treatment. Best to answer your question would be your rheumatologist who has the best view and understanding of your overall situation ( how severe is RA, comorbidities, etc)

No: This is on the low side of normal.  But what is more important is the breakdown of different white blood cells like neutrophils versus lymphocytes.  Overall, it's probably of limited concern and will likely be fine to be just monitored in the future.  If you have significant concerns I would consider reviewing this with your mother's primary care physician or rheumatologist.  Best of luck.

Iron deficiency: Low ferritin means the person mentioned is likely iron deficient. Iron deficiency occurs due to blood loss. The most common cause of low ferritin in premenopausal women is menstrual bleeding. Diet is only a factor to the extent that one isn't consuming sufficient iron in their foods to compensate for the iron loss (from bleeding).
