Parkinson's ?: Certain neurological diseases maybe associated with lack of facial expression or a "masked facies". Parkinson's disease or lewy body disease may present witih masked facies and be associated with dementia, but a lack of expression alone is not enough to make an association with dementia.

Lack of emotions: Depression is one cause of disconnection from emotions.  Also the numbing phase of ptsd is another.  Some people with dissociative disorders experience a lack of emotions.  Some psychotic people are disconnected from emotions as well.  Please consider seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist about your concerns.

Guys without good beard or chest hair growth almost never go bald. It's a trade-off. Enjoy who you are.

First family doc: If your family has males who have heavy facial hair, then you may have a problem.  But if all the males in your family have slight facial hair, it's probably genetic.  See your family doctor to investigate this further.

Genetic: The pattern of hair growth and baldness are genetically determined. I am asian and i would look funny growing sparse hair on my face, too. We live with what we have gracefully and look at the bright side. Razors are expensive.

my infant had his face in my chest where he couldn't breathe for a while, idk how long- 10 minutes maybe, i positioned him back correctly but could the lack of oxygen he had effect him even if he does not completely suffocate? 2 weeks old?

Evaluation: Please have your son evaluated by his pediatrician. Watch for signs of poor feeding, lethargy and if these signs are present, please go to the Emergency room. If you could see his chest moving while his face was on your chest, he was making a respiratory effort. Check his coloration and breathing and watch for signs of distress. Ensure that his nose and mouth are uncovered.

Dark circles: Under the eyes are difficult to irradicate completely.  They're usually associated with eye fatigue or aging changes of the lids.  There are some creams and lasers which sometimes help but not consistently.  Discuss this with an ophthalmologist or dermatologist.

Either is possible: Either is possible, but given his age and presenting concerns i would recommend a discussion with the pediatrician, who may do some routine blood work, or consult with an endocrinologist for more workup.
