Very likely: After a breast reduction you can have a scar from fat necrosis (fat that dies). A physical exam by your plastic surgeon can determine if it is indeed fat and he/she csn discuss a plan of action. Good luck , also make sure to check your pathology results.

: Breast trauma needs to be significant to produce necrosis. The necrosis is distinguishable from carcinoma by digital mammograms but U/S may just detect a breast mass which can be mimicked by actual necrosis.

None I am aware of.: There are no exercises to firm the breast since it is not muscle. The breast can be more firm and full after breast augmentation surgery. W e don&#x27;t want a breast that is rock hard, since that is not natural!

Yes and no: Breasts are composed of glandular tissue (usually firm) but contained within a fatty matrix (soft). Depending on the relative density of the breast parenchyma relative to the distribution/volume of fat, the breasts can greatly vary in consistency from firm to soft. However this should be relatively symmetric, consistent and homogenous throughout the breasts. Localized firmness requires evaluation.
