You have something even WORSE- fear of cancer...when you share this feeling with someone you trust, they will pop this fear like a pin in a balloon, just by listening. We all have fears, sometimes we obsess and let them control our thoughts.  Shout "NO!" If these intrusive thoughts come, then reassure yourself with "I am fine" -repeat until the thoughts leave. Try meditation

You should see your doc to rule out a medical problem. If you are okay there s/he can recommend a life coach/therapist who can explore the issue &amp; teach you how to deal with this. That is what they do. Do the work &amp; life can be better.

But,  i also suggest that you have an evaluation with a psychiatrist to explore a medication that might help ease your suffering.
