Rechecked: Sometimes the reaction may linger on for awhile even absent heavy mold exposure.  Be sure that you get the remediated re-tested with air sampling to make sure that it was done properly as I have seen pretty bad remediation efforts before.

Cognitive remediation can be helpful in improving cognitive deficits that may accompany the illness (visuospacial processing, for instance). Lumosity is a website that offers cognitive "games" (&amp; others similar exist). Medication &amp; psychotherapy will be necessary to keep ur illness @ bay

Clean: You clean.  Then you clean again. Every surface.  If there is carpet, change to wood or tile or get new carpet. Paint.  Having the duct work cleaned can help.  Cigarette smoke permeates every surface.  Cleaning with a variety of cleaners is helpful.  Chlorox containing cleaners seem to help a lot.  Some of the odor will eventually dissipate, but initially the job is huge due to the cleaning.

More info needed...: Not sure of your question... if you are asking why an extracted tooth cannot be glued into your bony socket, it's because it will not stay in place. Your body will treat it as a foreign object and will try to reject it.

Atelectasis: Usually has no significant symptoms other than the occasional cough whereas bronchiectasis can have significant coughing fever, pleuritic chest pain, thick mucous, bloody sputum, and bronchoconstriction and wheezing.
