Glare disability: If this not from external eye disease including dry eyes, allergy. Environmental factors or reaction to medication or cataracts or corneal disease or uncorrected refractive error then tinted lenses with side shields or wrap around sunglasses will definately help.

i am making an effort to get more sleep by going 2 bed earlier. problem is i am waking up at 4 and not going back to sleep. will i adjust? suggest?

Different sleep cycl: some people do well with just 4 to 5 hours a day but maybe just a short nap  midday. Others need 10 or more hours to feel rested and have a clear mind. There are so many variants to a normal sleep cycle. You may have a shorter sleep cycle.  If you feel you have decent focus and concentration along with decent strength or stamina, then you are probably getting enough sleep.

i can and do crack/adjust almost every joint in my body daily. does this present a problem?

No: Cracking joints is not a problem. Once thought to be contributor to degenerative joint disease later in life, this popular belief has not stood the test of time and is no longer supported even by common people.

i have been in watch for ms after finding some leisions in brain and spine w/ sensory difficulties. after 6wks of huge pain in shoulder /neck a small brightness was found in t1 but neuro has said no further action. why is this not significant?

: Possibly, you might have Radiologically Isolated Syndrome, and a new lesion in the spinal cord might be a clue to clinically definite MS.
But shoulder and neck pain may be due to problems in the joints or brachial plexus, which would not be due to MS.  Believe in your case that a second opinion by a neurologist who focuses on immunological disorders might be a valuable next step.

increasing difficulty balancing in the dark: ive found over the past year or so im having more difficulty keeping my balance while walking in the dark. not so much that i fall, but theres a noticeable difference. what might cause this?

: At age 21, a progressive neurologic symptom would not be attributable to "age".  Such an occurrence merits a visit to one's doctor and ultimately to a neurologist for a careful neurologic consultation.

Yes: Yes, it is normal. Every baby is different. Breastfeeding is a wonderful experience for both mother and baby. However, it does not always occur as naturally as we hope. It is normal for latching difficulties to occur initially. It is always a good idea to have a lactation consult to discuss the specific needs of each mother-baby connection. Correcting latching issues will result in a happier baby.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO ADAPT LIFE STYLE CHANGES, BUT IN MY OPINION WEIGHT LOSS IS 80% WHAT WE EAT AND 20% EXERCISE/ACTIVITY. START WALKING FOR 60 MINS X 5 DAYS/WEEK. I AM A HUGE FAN OF FRESH SMOOTHIES AND HAVE ONE CHEAT DAY/WEEK TO ENJOY MY RESTAURANT MEAL.

Anger : Anger is a normal human emotion. However, some people become angry over seemingly trivial things. The intensity of their anger may be excessive for the situation. If this is the case it is important to check out the cause. How anger is expressed behaviorally is very important. If expressed aggressively or w violence – that could be problematic.  Passive- agressive expression of anger does not help.

See your doctor.: Shortness of breath / difficulty breathing can be caused by many medical conditions.  It can be from the lungs  or he heart or other conditions such as anemia to name a few.  You need a further evaluation to identify the cause.
