I'm not sure...: ...Where you are going with this, but I have had patients tell me that they enjoy warming up cold areas of their bodies (ears, usually) for reasons that are not clear, at least to me. You mentioned toes, so if you're saying that your spouse has cold feet in bed, try telling him or her to wear socks to bed.

Needs check: your baby needs to be checked for a bad infection like pneumonia

If the touching is: a way to control frightening thoughts or the feeling that danger is approaching then it MAY be a form of obsessive compulsive disorder or a milder and simpler superstitious behavior.  Do you have other mental or physical rituals to lower fear and anxiety?  If so, consider seeing a mental health professional.  Peace and good health.

Part of the illness: Fever and head colds can include symptoms of feeling unwell, hot and sweaty, yet cool skin, shivering, flushed face and variable documented temperature. See your doctor if it persists/worsens-especially if greater than 3 days despite home care.

Maybe anxiety: You have lots of generalized symptoms which sound like they stem from anxiety and depression.  See a doctor to rule out a virus, but if this has been recurrent it is time to get therapy. You may have difficulties recognizing stress and coping with what you need to be doing about it.  Sometimes it is easier to to focus on things that will not solve the actual problems.

?Acid: Not sure what an acid condition would have to do with cold and painful legs. It sounds, purely from the descriptive symptoms that there may be a vascular issue. Poor circulation can certainly cause her issues. Take her for an exam with another Dr.  Best wishes.

Sepsis + headache + blurry vision + vomiting would make me concerned about the possibility of meningitis, and would recommend urgent medical care.

Not likely AIDS.: Your labs tests are rather non specific but certainly do not suggest AIDS. Trouble urinating is not normal for your age group and I think I would start investigation of your symptoms there. If you are concerned about AIDS you should be screened for HIV AND the usual STD suspects.

Possibly low thyroid: These symptoms are suggestive of underactive thyroid disease or hypothyroidism.  A medical evaluation with a primary care physician is indicated.
