what is causing my stomach to create these bubbles that pop in my stomach whenever i breath? i think its just gas but it seems abnormal.

Accepted Answer

It will be ok: You may simply be either producing too much gas in your stomach or inadvertently swallowing a lot of gas. Either way this is not necessarily worrisome unless you have other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, weight loss, or feeling full more easily than before.

Accepted Answer

Good: Idea to eat smaller, frequent meals. When you fill full, the volume of food starts expanding your stomach wall, signaling for you to slow down. The diaphragm right above it feels constrained, making you sob. Soda pop make things worse.

i have this bubble popping noise in stomach h ployri test negative acid reflux has suppressed down but i still have gas/bubble popping noise is it bad?

Need more info: These symptoms are not specific for anything I can tell. Would need more info.  Any discomfort etc?  Gas/bubble popping noise makes me wonder what is going on with motility of stomach.  Any nausea, get full quickly after meal, bloating?  If so, may consider further investigation.  If not, and maintaining wt ,clinically have no concerns.

i was given some ppi medicine for acid reflux and to stop gas bubble popping feeling in stomach was wondering how long will it take to heal or will it?

Accepted Answer

Good question: usually some relief comes in a few days.  Full healing depends on extent/depth/size of reflux or ulcers.  If no relief in a week, see your doctor.

Just a thought: but you may have a lot of gas because you are SWALLOWING IT.  Do you snore???? Do you drink fluids DURING eating?? Carbonated Beverages?????

Physical exam : It could be due to gaseous distension, but the only absolute way of getting it sorted out is  a physical examination and then possible imaging as thought to be appropriate by either your primary care physician or a GI specialist, particularly in the setting where you feel something that is moving.

Yes to gas or...: It could be normal... Avoid long-term use of PPI medications. Consider a 6-week or longer trial of probiotic-containing foods - after you've stopped the acid suppression.

Get rid of gas and you get rid of bubbling/burping and something else.  
I don't see that they mentioned cucumbers.  Avoid them of course!

Blood vessels and : heart, are separate from the stomach and intestinal tract.  Gas in the stomach will cause the bubbling sensation, but is not in the heart.

very large gas bubble in upper stomach ive actually heard it pop before but so painful feel the need to burp and loosen clothing?

Just a thought: but you could have a hiatus hernia (herniation of stomach into chest (above diaphragm) (old "popular" term ="upside down stomach" A simple chest xray (two views) could disclose this! Ask your PCP !
