Good: Idea to eat smaller, frequent meals. When you fill full, the volume of food starts expanding your stomach wall, signaling for you to slow down. The diaphragm right above it feels constrained, making you sob. Soda pop make things worse.

Most likely: Please have a gastroenterology evaluate you after your check up with thr primary md you can also check what foods are causing the problems and avoid them as well as use gas ex otc available in the pharmacy.
