2 weeks past duedate: I'm not 100% sure i understand your question. But if you are stating that you are two weeks past your due date, the general recommendation is to be delivered. There is an increased risk of adverse outcomes continuing a pregnancy  past 42 weeks gestation.

: Discuss this with your doc. MVP is quite common &amp;  variable from almost undetectable/nothing to major with symptoms. The concern would very with the degree involved. Whether or not it has anything to do with the pulse rate you noted is not clear.

No: An ultrasound can not show such a thing. If the hymen is intact this can be seen during a physical exam. The problem is many virgins do not have an intact hymen. Physical activity can open it. If a doctor wanted to know if a patient was a virgin he or she would simply ask them.

Fibroids: "Fibroid tumors" are also "leiomyomata", and at menopause generally will become smaller secondary to decreasing estrogen levels. The comment about the ultrasound (translated) is that previously detected leiomyomata uteri (fibroids in the uterus) have not changed.  These tumors are rarely malignant, so your physician is being very careful.
