Decrease stim: Glutamate is a nerve receptor that can cause neuroexcititory and neruodegenerative disease. If glutamate release can be controlled, then some of the movements associated with Parkinson's can be reduced. Drugs that decrease glutamate release are being use in the early, mild form of parkinson's.

Stomach discomfort: May be gastritis, reflux with or with out H pylori- a bacteria or gallbladder as well as food intolerances. Could also  be pancreas. rarely ovarian  abnromalities cause  fullness bloating . Follow up with doc/ urgent care in next 48-72 hours.

Clinical Exam: First, you need to go to see your PCP.  They will do a thorough clinical exam, and sort through all of your symptoms.  
After this, they will take blood work, and do a work up.  You may need an EMG/NCV Study (a study of your nerves)
There are many things that can cause your symptoms.  Sometimes, its as simple as lack of sleep,or dehydration, and you need to replenish the electrolytes in your body.

LIttle confusing: Emg testing is specific to the nerve muscle connection.  Emg is also a broad term that may also include ncs or nerve conduction testing as well.  The ncs looks at the function of large fiber nerves which can be normal if the main source of a nerve problem is the small fiber nerves.  Small fiber nerves can be evaluated with a small biopsy. Discuss with the doc who did the test.

: You should not worry about that, only concern when you do not notice of any movement. Around this time (34th week) for the first pregnancy, baby may try to move to the head down position then some unusual motion may be noted. Take care.

Mebiz: This medication is a musculotropic antispasmodic agent without atropic, prescribed for irritable bowel syndrome, and GI tract spasm. It should help u in spasm, not for irregular bowel movement. Try Metamucil or Miralax (polyethylene glycol) etc..
