Get it checked: If you are being treated for acne with an antibiotic, you are seeing a physician regularly (at least I hope so). Have him or her look at it.  Heat won't make it go away.  Since the cyst is big enough to bother you, ask your doctor or see a dermatologist.

See below: If it is a cyst it is almost certainly a congenital cyst and should cause no problems  people with congenital cysts of the kidney also may have cysts in the liver and again a single cyst should not be a problem.

In the vaginal wall, a Bartholin's cyst can form, it is usually painful but will resolve with warm compresses and compression of its material. A cyst of the leg can bust at anytime and possible could feel like water flowing down your thigh

One day: Most nabothian cysts just need to be lanced and drained.  There could be a little light bleeding and extra mucous discharge. But, unless your doctor has to make an extra large incision, swimming should have no limits and intercourse maybe a day or two.

Warm water: the idea behind the warm soaks and even more so with epsom salts is it helps with swelling.  A warm towel may work just as well for you.

Unrelated: Simple cysts are common, no worries.  Not related to constipation.  Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) daily to relieve constipation, it is likely the soure of your discomfort; good luck.
