Atrophy: The midline lipoma probably doesnt warrant any treatment. These are usually incidental findings, but they can be associated with some congenital brain disorders. You basically seem to have less brain in your skull relative to fluid spaces relative to others. Have your doctor review the scan with you.

? staph infection: As emergency doctor we are seeing tremendous amounts of staph infection. These are regular skin bacteria that in ordinary times do not do any harm but as they change, they can acquire characteristics to invade our skin and cause abcesses that lot of times require incision and drainage. It is hard to tell without exam to see what this is. See your provider.

Yes: The first thing i would look at is your parotid gland. A large hard lump in that area could be malignant. See your doctor asap! good luck.

Could me teratomas or germinomas.
Mostly tumors are divided by their functions.
Lactotroph tumors and increased vasopressin producers,
The other ones can be similar to craniopharyngeomas.

Multiple options: This could be scar tissue from an earring or old injury, a lymph node, a cyst or any number of other possibilities.  A better description of size, length of time it's been there, and whether or not it's painful would be helpful.

Yes: Any tumor in the pituitary can cause decreased function of pituitary hormones due to pressure atrophy  of hormone producing cells. Tumors of the posterior pituitary are less common than tumors of anterior pituitary.

Ear wicks: Yes. Once a wick in the ear is fully saturated, it is not doing as much good as it did originally. If symptoms recur, you can buy ear wicks on your own at the pharmacy. Ask for pope's otowicks.

Probably &gt; Keloid: What you have in the "ear lobe" is probably a keloid.      See a plastic surgeon to confirm the diagnosis and for the treatment of it.

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.
