Cant tell: It could be cyst, fatty tumour- lipoma or other rarer conditions. The only way to tell is have a dermatologist see it and examine the rest of your body for any other suspicious lesions.

Hemorrhoid: It sounds like a hemorrhoid. Please see a doctor for confirmation. Prevent constipation, drink lots of water, place a nice pack. Decrease your spicy food intake. This is a chronic condition that can be managed by lifestyle change and if it gets worse can be surgically removed easily. No stress.

i have a mysterious lump on my lower back that appeared. it doesnt hurt and its moveable when i touch it. it also is inside of my skin theres no bump on the outside of my skin or anything. what could it be?

Lumps and bumps:: Any new lump or bump that lasts for more than a few weeks should be checked out.  At your age it is less likely to be something serious &amp; could just be a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma.  But sometimes it may mean something more serious. We can't tell for sure w/only a short description. To be safe see a doc about it, who can examine it &amp;consider  it in light of your medical and family history.

Lipoma : More likely than not they are lipomas or cysts. Unlikely to be cancerous but if they continue to enlarge or become more painful you should consult with your physician. Good luck.

Low back lumps: A physician would have to examine these lumps in order to make a diagnosis and advise you. If they are freely movable, they are not attached to bone and could be benign fatty tumors called lipomas.

Lump on the back: The lump you feel most likely is a benign tumor of the fat called a lipoma.  It is important to know if it is movable, soft or hard.  A hard immovable lump is of concern and could suggest cancer.  If it is soft and movable it most likely benign.  Also, has it increased in size?  If it is increasing in you should be examined ASAP.  Some one should check it anyhow at some point.

The fact that they: are bilateral suggests that they are not blood clots, tho not with 100% surety.  Most commonly they are varicose veins which get worse with standing or sitting for long times.  If they are painful when you first awaken, see a doctor now.  If get worse the longer your are up , then try support hose
