If it's new, yes: If your wife has a new breast lesion or mass, please get her to see her doctor asap.  Better to have it checked and it be nothing than ignore it and allow a breast cancer to get bigger and more difficult to treat.

if a radiologist says a breast lesion looks benign on an ultrasound , can it then be cancerous on the follow up ultrasound 6 months later?

Breast lesion: The reason to do a followup ultrasound is to make sure the lesion continues to look benign.  What the radiologist is saying is nothing about this lesion now looks like a cancer, but I think we need to look at it again in 6 months just to make sure it still looks ok.  Then if there is no change we will be absolutely sure it is benign. I know it is hard to wait, but it is better to be safe.

birad 3 oval hypoechoic breast lesion stable for 3 years, confirmed on ultrasound. radiologist not that concerned but wants surveillance at 6, 12 and 24 months or mri? aren't lesions benign if no change or growth after 24 months?

: " Hypoechoic" breast lesions can also be cancerous, but an MRI is not generally done unless digital mammography shows isolated calcifications in the affected breast.  MRI's are done with a strong family history (mother, sister, grandmother) of breast cancer.

Uncertain: Blsiters can be caused  by a varfiety of causes including viruses, poison ivy, etc you can check it with your physician

Breast abscess: It sounds like you have a breast abscess related to breast feeding. The milk ducts can get clogged which causes an infection. It can be treated with antibiotics and continuing to pump the milk. A drainage of the abscess may be needed with a needle or small incision. A breast or general surgeon can help.

i am diagnosed with dcis in my breast, 2 cm above my nipple. my lesion is only 7mm x 1,5mm
the surgeon wants to do a 5cm cut above the lesion. from the side. 
is it not possible to cut around the nipple?

Cancer: This is a very delicate topic. when there's a lesion like this is preferable to take as much tissue as possible around the lesion to avoid the cancer coming back

: Yes, 1.5 cm bony metastatic lesion is significant and it likely causes your pain. Radiation is the treatment of choice for this lesion and pain.

i have two fibrodenomas one in r.breast 2 cm and second in l.breast 1 cm does it need to be surgically removed. or i take some harmone medicine ?

Your choice: If your physician and the pathologist are certain they are fibroadenomas, you may leave them in or consider excision as seems best to you. They don't turn malignant themselves.

would one cm nodule in breast be a health risk?

Nodule: A one cm nodule can be a variety of things.  A breast ultrasound is needed to diagnose what the nodule is.  It could be a benign cyst or benign solid lesion, such as a fibroadenoma.  It could also be a small cancer.  Ultrasound imaging will determine whether a biopsy will be needed or not.
