Actually- good sign: this is actually a sign that you are well conditioned. Get a Fit-Bit ( or knockoff) and try to push the high and low aerobics until you hit 130-150 bpm, then back down.

Little difficult ?: In pregnancy the fluid volume in the body is increased relatively and to compensate this the HR may 10-15 beats approximately more than your normal HR(while not pregnant).

Not good.: Hr of 164 is very high even during pregnancy. Need to see cardiologist and checked out for arrhythmias( supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, junctional tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia. At that hr unlikely to be sinus tachycardia.
Recommend to see cardiologist asap.

Increase heart rate: Can be simply due to lack of physical conditioning, obesity, drug induced(to much caffeine), anxiety, hyperthyroidism, etc. I will recommend a good history and physical by a primary care physician.

Sometimes it's norma: Not all heart murmurs are an evidence of pathology and they could represents a normal variance they are usually called functional murmurs. There are also many other causes of murmurs that aren't related to the heart... Could be caused from anemia or pregnancy.

Palps: With relatively little information it's only speculation that is possible. The ear twitch and palpitations aren't necessarily related, but a viral process might tie them together. Anxiety would be another possibility.

: That will depend on what the doc finds on exam. usually medication can help  and the prognosis will depend on cause of arrhythmia- hopefully- good. Wish her good health

Normal: Your spirometry results appear ok. Many people with rapid heart rates do not feel palpitations or forceful beat. Lump sensation in the throat is quite characteristic of anxiety. If your blood pressure, heart rhythm and heart rate are all normal, I doubt that you have a truly weak pulse. You should consider stress management therapy which I feel will relieve your symptoms. Discuss this with your MD
