It : It can be considered localized adiposity.  Unfortunately excessive fat collection is determined genetically as you gain extra weight.  Some gain it in their hips, others their buttocks and yet others, their thigh or abdomen.  At this point, you are unfortunately unable to spot lose weight in one specific area.  These areas of localized adiposity can potentially be treated with traditional or ultrasonic liposuction as long as the skin laxity is not too decreased in that area.  If the skin is too loose or relaxed, you may then require a thigh lift type of procedure to get rid of extra skin.

: Warm soaks to try to keep the milk ducts open. Try not to pop them for they will aggrevate the opening. You may need the ducts unplugged if you cannot get the ducts open and unblocked.

i lost 80 pounds in one year, and gained 12 pounds of muscles. im fit, with nice muscular shape.however,i still have pockets of fat in my breast,why?

Need more info: You could have developed a condition called gynecomastia.  It can be caused by many things including hormone imbalances and medications.  You should go see your doctor to have him examine the tissue and get any neccessary blood work or imaging to try to figure out the cause.

had cut on arm several mo. ago. i do get thick scar tissue.  under the scar tissue there is a pocket of blood.  it has gotten larger over the past couple of weeks.  it is a little red.  what is causing this?  anything i can do to help it along?

?blood clot: It's possible that blood under the laceration congealed and former a bloody clot which has progressively hardened and may have to be excised.. Redness reveals a degree of irritation or inflammation and if it spreads antibiotic treatment would be needed. See your MD or a surgeon. Apply warm compresses.

i seem to have fat pockets everywhere. butt, arms, inner thigh, stomach. i exercise but i don't know that i am eating right. how do i get rid of them ?

An active lifestyle: with even mild to moderate exercise 5 days a week really helps many patients... additionally, eating foods low in saturated fats, sugars and sodium will help to dissolve areas of fat.  Make sure to stay hydrated and eat many healthy "raw food" snacks throughout the day for great benefits!
