Maybe not bugs: This doesn&#x27;t sound like bug bites, which usually don&#x27;t result in whiteheads. Other possibilities depend on exact locasion. Acne seems likely and apparently is on your mind, based on chosen topic tags. However, clustered blister-like or pimple-like skin bumps often are herpes, especially near lips or on the face of a child. Contact your son&#x27;s doctor and for sure don&#x27;t pop them (can spread herpes).

It appears that this is healing well and it may take some time for the small red dots to completely resolve.

Might not be bites: It is possible that these were a type of eczema or another skin reaction.  It would be unlikely for the same area to become irritated from a bite over a year ago.  Would see your primary doc and see what they think.

i checked reference.medscape.com and inputted caffeine along with invega sustenna it does say one interaction that caffeine decreases sedation but invega sustenna increases sedation monitor closely so can i still consume the two no together ?

: It has to do with lowering the threshold for seizures through the interaction between Invega and caffeine. Keeping coffee use at a minimum or using decaf should help.

What's the ?: They may or may not be from bug bites. Try topical cortisone cream. If not improving or getting worse after 3-4 days, see your doctor.

No: This sounds like an allergic reaction to a bug bite.  Try oral benadryl.  If it does not improve, or if redness worsens or becomes streaky or tender, it is important to go see a doctor for further evaluation
